By using JUCO2Next, you agree to these terms.
Using the service
- Give accurate information and keep your account secure.
- Do not upload information about other people without their permission, or anything you are not allowed to share.
- Do not misuse the service, try to access other accounts, or interfere with how it works.
Eligibility and recruiting information
JUCO2Next gives general guidance about eligibility rules, transferable units and recruiting. It is not an official determination. Rules change, and each school, conference and association decides its own eligibility. Always confirm your status with the NCAA or NAIA Eligibility Center, your college and the programs you are considering.
Your content
You own the information, photos and links you add. You give us permission to store and display them as needed to run the service, including on your team's showcase page when you choose to be listed.
Plans and payments
Some features require a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you buy. Paid plans renew until cancelled, as described at checkout.
Ending your account
You can stop using JUCO2Next at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be error free, and we are not responsible for recruiting or eligibility decisions made by schools or associations.
